2. The Very Next Day: He Signs a Bill saying we will Federally Fund, National & International Abortions, with Federal Tax Payer's Money?

ACTUALLY: I would feel insulted too, if you attached "Foreign Aide," to your "Intternational" abortion or contraceptive policies. How dare you suggest we prevent them, with your Contraceptive & Abortion Plans: Nationally and Internationally. It's not your job to limit the Sizes of Families.
